Julian Casablancas+The Voidz pubblicano il nuovo singolo Prophecy Of The Dragon. La band statunitense andrà in tour a giugno in una serie di concerti nei più importanti festival europei, tra cui Primavera Sound a Barcellona e Madrid e Best KeptSecret nei Paesi Bassi, e in Italia a Bologna oltre a una residenza di quattro notti a San Francisco al Great American Music Hall.

Dopo il loro ultimo album Virtue del 2018, pubblicato tramite Cult Reords e RCA Records, la band alternative rock ha rilasciato Did My Best per Terrible Records nel 2019, poi nel 2020 Alien Crime Lord presente nel videogioco Grand Theft Auto, e nel 2021 The Eternal Tao 2.0 la traccia è stata scelta anche come parte della campagna della stagione 2021 dei Mets (squadra di baseball della Major League Baseball). Da poco è stato pubblicato il brano Infinity Repeating (2013 Demo) con i Daft Punk, quest’ultimo si trova nell’album celebrativo Random Access Memories 10th Anniversary Edition.
La band è composta da: Julian Casablancas cantautore, Amir Yaghmai e Jeramy “Beardo” Gritter, alle chitarre, Jeff Kite alle tastiere, Basso e Synth Jake Bercovici ed Alex Carapetis alla batteria.
